Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to get some solution from the team.

Unless your order has been shipped, it can be cancelled. Once is is in transit, no cancellation can be done for any reasons, the delivery will be attempted in all circumstances once it is with shipping company.
For any other reasons- Cancellation is not available. Once a package is in transit, no address change can be done. In case the product is received by us on non acceptance of package, only product cost will be refunded ie order amount less shipping cost.
COD can be processed via IG or Emails and at present we have no COD via website.
COD is unavailable for future if one – Doesn’t accept the COD or Returns the COD order.
RETURN/ REFUND POLICY
Refund/ return is offered by us on following cases-
Damage product & unusable, wrong product received. In this case, return will be taken care of by us.
However slight crumbled shade or slight damages not to make it unfit for use, are proportionately refunded for.
Returns for any other reasons need to be processed by the buyer and on receipt of the product the refund will be credited(excluding shipping charges).
In order to reach us for the same, you can directly email with images in 2 days of delivery ie 48 hours. Post that, no refunds will be done.
